What is inside volley?

Inside volley is a popular volleyball technique that involves hitting the ball with the inside of the hand instead of the palm or fingers. It is often used for passing the ball from one player to another, and is considered an essential skill for both offensive and defensive play. To execute an inside volley, the player must extend their arm towards the ball and strike it with the inside of their hand, with the arm remaining rigid. The angle of the ball and the strength of the hit can be adjusted by rotating the wrist and arm during the strike. Proper technique and practice are essential for mastering the inside volley and using it effectively in game situations.
